Loft - Kitchen for a four-roomed flat

Building according to the furnishings you want

Many people dream of living in a flat that was customised according to their needs.

Our Varese-based Customers achieved their dream thanks to this amazing loft, which was specifically designed and realised to meet their wishes and needs.

It was entirely designed by architects Gianluca Planca, Sonia Frulla and Liliana Martinelli who alternated in designing the rooms, the false ceilings with the lights, and the furnishings.

Their priority was to give prominence to the needs and the tastes of the Customers, offering solutions that fit their personality and purposes.

As far as the furnishings are concerned, unique finishings were selected, which differ from the usual sales proposals on the market, and coming from the most renowned raw-material suppliers.

Every room was specifically designed and realised to make it completely compliant with the requests of the Customers, according to their habits and priorities.

The tiniest kitchen details were examined in order to meet the needs of the Customer.

The durmast finishing was selected to be in harmony with the parquet. After that, the bases were manufactured using durmast having the same shade of the parquet and the glossy white lacquered material for wall units and columns. Corian was selected for the worktop, both for the wall area and the large central island; Corian was also used to manufacture the sinks.

The kitchen was equipped with valuable and practical household appliances: besides Neff ovens and the induction hob, Gaggenau’s wine climate cabinet, Gaggenau’s refrigerator, Irinox’s blast chiller and vacuum sealer were installed. As far as organic waste disposal is concerned, a sink with rubbish grinder was installed in the peninsula.

The plasterboard decrease above the island area includes a built-in Gaggenau ventilation hood equipped with 2 motors and double suction pipes to effectively control odours.

Part of the column area was used as a larder with large Blum motion baskets equipped with internal dividing panels according to the specific use.

It was possible to achieve this kitchen because it was designed before installing the systems.
